The all-new Estates Course at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club opened in November 2023 following a year-long complete rebuild on the original Adobe Course site. Designed and managed by Tom Lehman, the project introduced extended length, new hole routings, and additional trees to better define playing corridors. Significant changes also include new bunkers and bunker sand, redesigned greens, and more combination tee options, all enhancing the course's playability. Additionally, a high-tech irrigation system was installed throughout the course to support the club's proactive water conservation efforts.
